Building and sharing an itinerary

Does uploading a ticket finish my itinerary?

No. Supported ticket details can help prefill the plan. Review the detected places, dates and times, then add or edit bookings, journeys and daily activities.

Does the planner book transport or accommodation?

No. It organises your trip information and links to useful services. Make bookings with the relevant provider and keep the confirmed details in your plan.

Who can see a shared trip?

Anyone with an enabled share link can view its shared details. Generated trip pages ask search engines not to index them. Only the owner can edit; hiding a page from search does not make the link private.

Can I take my itinerary offline?

Yes. While online, choose Make available offline and wait for confirmation. That browser can then open a saved copy for viewing; maps and current weather still need internet. Use Download PDF for a portable copy. Save changes before downloading, and refresh the offline copy after editing your trip.
