Questions

Flight distance questions

A few details to help you plan your flight.

Is this the distance my aircraft will fly?

The result is the great-circle distance between airport coordinates. Actual flight paths can be longer because of airspace, weather and routing decisions.

Is the flying time an airline schedule?

No. It is a distance-based estimate, not a published flight duration or confirmation of a direct service. Use the airline itinerary for departure, arrival and connection times.

Which distance units are available?

The same route is shown in kilometres, miles and nautical miles. Search by airport name, city or IATA code to choose the endpoints.
