MyTripTools provides travel calculators, maps, destination information, games and planning features. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.
Our tools help you explore, estimate and organise. MyTripTools is not a travel agent, insurer, airline, accommodation provider, immigration authority or emergency service. We don't issue visas or make bookings on your behalf.
Check the details before you commit
Results depend on the information you enter, the tool's scope and the data available at the time. Read the assumptions, source notes and update dates shown with a result.
- Visa and entry information is guidance. Official authorities decide eligibility, entry and permitted stays. A calculator result does not grant permission to travel.
- The Schengen Calculator models the stay rules described on its page. Individual visas, residence rights and other exceptions may affect your situation.
- Currency conversions, transport costs, fuel budgets and insurance estimates are planning figures, not guaranteed quotes. Visa-cost results marked “At least” have additional costs that may not yet be known.
- Weather, routes, schedules and local conditions can change. Check the relevant operator, forecast or authority before setting out.
- Jet-lag suggestions and tap-water information are general travel information, not personalised medical advice.
Ask MyTripTools helps you find information and tools on the site. Its answers can be incomplete or incorrect, so use the linked tool and original source when accuracy matters.
Your account and shared trips
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide an email address you can access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Let us know if you suspect unauthorised access.
Keep your own copies of important itineraries and documents. Browser storage can be cleared, devices can be lost and services can be interrupted. Saving a route or place does not create a booking or reserve availability.
Review the content and privacy setting before sharing a plan, map or story. Anyone with an unlisted link may be able to view it. Only upload or share information and images you have the right to use, and respect other people's privacy.
Content and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You allow MyTripTools to store, process, display and share that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including generating exports and share views. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
Website design, original content and third-party datasets may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Follow the attribution and licence terms shown with maps, images and data. A source being visible on MyTripTools does not remove its original licence requirements.
Do not use the service to send spam, upload unlawful or harmful material, access someone else's private data, bypass access controls or deliberately overload the website. Contact us before using the site for large-scale automated data collection or integrating its content into another service.
We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably needed to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the tools useful and functioning, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage or error-free information. Features and data sources may change or be withdrawn.
You are responsible for checking that a result fits your circumstances before acting on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyTripTools is not responsible for losses caused by relying on estimates, outdated third-party information or decisions made by travel providers and authorities.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not replace the terms of any provider you choose to book or apply with.
