What can I do with MyTripTools?
Plan a trip, organise transport and accommodation, build city walks, use travel calculators and explore country information. Save places, listen to available audio guides, record your visited countries and turn your photos into a travel story.
Is the app available for iPhone and Android?
MyTripTools is being developed for iPhone and Android. Public store links will appear here when each version is released. In the meantime, you can use the MyTripTools website.
Can I use the same account on the website and app?
Yes. The website and app use the same MyTripTools account and supported saved records. Sign in to keep your trips, saved places and stories together. Some guest preferences remain on the device.
What works without an internet connection?
Completed audio downloads can be played offline. You can also explicitly save a read-only trip copy on your device. Download the content before leaving the network. Live maps, routing, weather, exchange rates and AI answers need a connection.
Can I plan a walk over several days?
Yes. City Walking Planner supports one, two or three days, with automatic suggestions or a route you build yourself. Choose places, assign them to days and review walking distances, times and the map.
Are audio guides available for every place?
Availability varies by place, language and voice. Choose a supported place and complete its download while connected. Only successfully downloaded audio is ready for offline listening.
Does MyTripTools book my flights or hotels?
No. It helps you organise your trip and compare useful information. Book with the relevant provider, then add your confirmed transport and accommodation details to your plan.
Can I save and share my travel story?
Yes. Bring together photos, captions, places and maps, choose a layout, and export a PDF or use the sharing controls. Review the public preview before sharing personal trip information.
